Return Policy

At usaitoy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry and ring purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in a declined return.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@usaitoy.com to receive detailed return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange for an exchange.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error, such as a defective or incorrect item. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
